The house Casa Isabel is located on a plot of 7100 m², completely fenced and closed with an electric entrance gate, in the most beautiful landscape and absolutely quiet. In the neighborhood there are only a few houses with a large distance and on large plots of land. The house can be easily reached from the main road via a paved path of 200 m, no traffic noise can be heard. The house is one of the highest on the mountain, so there is no further development above. There is a popular hiking trail above the property, which leads to the town of Son Servera (approx. 2.5 km) or to the popular Bellavista viewing restaurant with pool and tennis courts, which is only approx. 300 m away. The entire property is fenced and closed with an electric entrance gate, the garden is easy to maintain in a Mediterranean style with ornamental shrubs and some lawn. The house receives sun all day long.

In the adjacent spacious kitchen there is a large dining table with space for 8 people. In addition to the kitchen, a traditional, typical Mallorcan kitchen was modeled in the house, with an open fireplace and stone sink. There is a washing machine and dryer in the separate laundry room. In front of the entrance there is a covered terrace with a dining table and chairs for 8 people. Garage for 1-2 cars and storage space in front for 2-3 more cars.

Upon arrival, the tourist tax of the Balearic Islands must be paid in cash (2.20€ per person / day begun for people aged 16 and over, from day 9, 1.10€).
