I have been living in Cala Millor since 1995 and worked for 4 years in the target area support of a major German tour operator.
I have been renting apartments and houses in the Cala Millor area since 1999.
I am in direct contact with their owners and know all the properties very well.
The agency Cala Millor Individual was founded in 2012.
All tenants receive a personal key handover with detailed information about the rented property and the area.
During the entire stay I am available at any time as a contact person for any questions or requests.

When booking, a deposit of 25% of the total rent must be paid by bank transfer within 5 days. The remaining rent can be paid one week before arrival by bank transfer or in cash when the keys are handed over.
