The apartment complex RIGO is located in a very central location, approximately in the middle of the 2km long beach. It consists of a total of 10 apartments, spread over 4 floors, officially registered with the tourism authority and checked regularly. 2 restaurants and a supermarket are located on the ground floor. Apartment 3-C, 3rd floor on the left (access by stairs), is extensively renovated and modernized, has 85m2 and 3 bedrooms, 2 with 2 single beds each, one facing the beach and with sea-view, the 3rd bedroom with one single bed.
It has a complete kitchen with ceramic hob (3-burner), microwave, large fridge with separate freezer compartment, toaster, filter-coffee machine and additional capsule coffee machine, kettle, basic equipment for dishes, cutlery and cooking accessories.
Living / dining room with dining table, sofa, armchair, flat screen TV with satellite reception (all major German channels available), free WiFi.
Bathrooms with large glass shower cubicles. Air conditioning (hot / cold, 2 units per apartment, one in the living room, the other in the bedroom facing the sea, at no extra charge).
Washing machine, iron and ironing board, built-in safe.
Large terrace directly to the beach with table and chairs, parasol and 2 folding loungers.
The tourist tax of the Balearic Islands is payable in cash on arrival (2.20€ per person / day from 16 years).
Minimum stay June-September = 7 nights, otherwise 5 nights
Flexible arrival / departure days, with adaptation to existing occupancies to avoid free nights.
