Only walking zone on all sides. There are several cafés, restaurants and boutiques  in the ground floor of the same building.

Public parking just 200m away offers guaranteed and free parking.  Various supermarkets in the vicinity.

Winter rental: The apartment has new best quality windows with insulated double glazing, a strong air conditioner with heat pump, electric radiator in the bathroom and double quilts, and is thus suitable for accommodation during winter.

Patio and kid’s furniture: There are 2 tables, 4 chairs and 2 loungers available for the patio. Food and drinks from the kitchen can be transported easily with a convenient trolley.

A baby bed (60 x 120 cm with grid, incl. bed linen), a high chair and a toilet seat can be provided for small kids if upon prior request. Price all together 3.00 €/day.
