The apartments are bright and friendly and equipped with the essentials. The house has 4 floors, elevator.
TYPE B: Approx. 60 m2 plus Terrace of approx. 8 m2, max. 5 people. 1 bedroom with 2 beds, 1 small bedroom with 1 bed and possibility of an extra bed. Living room with sofa bed for 1 person. Direct beach location and frontal sea view. ( App. 2-B, 3-B )
All apartments have a bathroom with shower / toilet. Small kitchenette with 2-burner stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, small refrigerator, the most necessary dishes and utensils. Cooking utensils. Satellite TV and free WiFi. Ceiling fan in the living room and in the bedroom. Safe.
Terraces directly to the sea with table, chairs, parasol.
Compared to many private apartments, which are also used by the respective owners themselves, the apartments are simply and functionally equipped, but have the bare essentials to be able to prepare breakfast and simple meals themselves, and are an inexpensive alternative if the main focus is on the DIRECT BEACH LOCATION and SEA VIEW is laid! Since the apartments do not have their own washing machines, laundry can be washed in the house for € 5.00 per machine load, detergent included.
Central heating, therefore also suitable for winter. WiFi free of charge.
